We want to commend the courageous actions you took, even at the risk of your livelihood, in response to the public viewing of child pornography at the Tulare County Public Library. Your community owes you a debt of gratitude for protecting local children from being exposed to damaging images of child pornography at the public library and the dangerous presence of the alleged criminal who was viewing these images. 

Citizens depend on the professional judgment and dedication of people like you to ensure that libraries are pleasant places where families can enjoy reading and learning in a non-threatening atmosphere.
